A simple turn of the knob adjusts the tilt angle (negative, neutral or positive position) and the height (up to 5.5 inches of total height adjustment). Re-tighten the knob to lock the position. Just pull or push the plate to adjust the position of the tray. It comes with a gel wrist rest pad to reduce wrist soreness while typing and using the mouse, as well as to ensure the correct typing angle. The mouse platform comes with a mouse pad with a wristrest. Saves valuable space by stowing under desk when not in use, slides out when needed. The track and arm are made from high-strength steel.
