Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). I am not going to lie. I was leery, but my expectations were exceeded just on the packaging alone! Took me about an hour to put together, instructions were easy-ish to follow. The operation is smooth, very quiet when moving up/down. The wiring threw me off a bit, as the light controller is in the box with the desk and everything else is in the box with the frame. I am very pleased, it feels sturdy. Caution, the box with the frame is much heavier than expected, but you can tell quality went into the making. Didn't have to program the motors or calibrate them. The cup holder is a nice touch for sure! I do wish it came with a PC tower holder, but there was room on top for the desktop. I am a developer, not a gamer, but it's perfect for my setup! The price is higher than many of the others but I chose this one, because the top is a solid piece and not split like a majority of the others. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because We ordered 2 of these desks, both desks have cosmetic damage to them, 1 of the boxes came busted and that one had a lot more damage than the other. 1 desk, the bottom drawer won’t shut properly and I have to slam it closed on an angle for it to fully close, which is annoying.
