Great Product! Highly Recommend! Price fluctuates on this, but I got it on sale for around $48. I wanted to get the 8 spray model S-2251, but it costs over $100 for 2 more spray heads. So I got this and took off the restrictor (search you tube) and I have the lever set in the middle where it sprays nice thick hot water and gives me a good massage. I think I spend less time in the shower because there's more water to clean all the soap off. Try it with the restrictor and with the black rubber off, and without the whole restrictor. I would give 5* for this product as I love the look and feel and it works great, but it arrived with a missing screw. Wayfair was very understanding and offered us a partial refund or store credit. This faucet lifts to control the volume (water flow) and turns left and right to control the temperature. Many shower faucets only allow temperature control so if you want flow control as well, this is the one for you. This product is the trim only, i.e. the part that you see and use every time you shower. It does not include the valve (piece that goes inside the wall). You have to buy the valve separately which costs around 60-70 depending on where you get it from. Make sure you get the correct valve. It must be a Moen valve but not all Moen valves will work. For this faucet you need a M-core 3 series valve with 3 ports (if not connected to a bath) or 4 ports (if connected to both a shower and a bath). You also want to make sure you select a valve with the right connection type (PEX vs CCIPS). Your plumber should be able to help you select the right valve but Wayfair should add this information on the product’s description page.
