I enjoy the product and it works well for me. The only major concern I had with the product was that it was extremely hard to get down after the initial lift (I did it without anything on it to test it out and am glad I did), it jolted down and I almost fell onto my desk. After a few lifts it was working smoothly and didn't have any more issues; I suggest working it a few times before placing monitors or anything expensive items on it. I have attached my monitor arm to the back of it and was worried it would break or be lopsided but so far it seems to work out/ has yet to cause issues there.
