Overall, I like the unit. It arrived next day and the setup was pretty straightforward. I have 5 other cabinets that are similar but not identical to this one so a lot of the setup was the same. I had to makemake 2 additions to make the cabinet work for me. First, I added legs. I don’t like cabinets that drag on the floor especially when you need a place to put the power cords. Second, I added lights to the glass shelves. The way the unit works. Anything on the two glass shelves device light but if you have a lot of things on those shelves, the light doesn’t fully transmit to the wood shelves. I’ve been reading that the lights tend to die within 30-60 days so let’s see if that happens to me it I have a backup plan to add new lights o I’ll be fine if it does. Overall, a descent unit. The bookcase was fairly easy to put together, though it probably would have gone faster if my dog Unni had not been trying to “help” during assembly. In the end, it worked out well as a compact bookshelf for the bedroom. One of my favorite features is the built in lighting. The brightness is adjustable, which makes it great for softer nighttime lighting. I personally don’t use the touch slider controls very often because it also comes with a remote, which is honestly really convenient since I can adjust the lights without getting out of bed. This display cabinet comes with 5 shelves,providing ample space for all your necessities and allowing you to view the stored items at a glance.

Description initially says glass doors but changed to acrylic. The person assembling the cabinet for us said no holes were drilled for the lights.
