This chair is actually very comfortable, and I can sit for much longer compared to my old one. The mesh wasn’t my favorite at first since I prefer softer fabric, but I got used to it and now it’s fine. The 6D armrests were a bit annoying in the beginning because they move a lot, but once I figured them out, they became easy to use. The massage uses small rolling balls, not a real massage chair but still a nice extra. The heating is mild but adds some comfort. Very nice and comfortable chair. Instructions were pretty easy to follow and chair was fairly easy to assemble. The only issue I came across was a screw that didn’t seem to have attached itself properly when screwed in. It seems to have been stripped so I’m going to have to replace it. Wasn’t the easiest to put together. The diagrams did not always match up to the instructions. Also, some of the laminate along some of the edges was already chipped off upon arrival. Not a lot, but….
