First of all, the order was significantly delayed so it wasnt here in the delivery window so I had to have the contractor come back out the following week. Secondly, they said they delivered to a safe and dry location but they left it in the yard and it had a pool of water on it because it was raining. And the crate was slightly broken. That said, all the parts were there and the glass is nice! It has great seels on the outside and between he stationary glass and the door. I cant guarantee how it will hold up but it heavy and pretty and tall. So far, Im in love. Delivery and shipment were not the greatest though but so glad it stayed in one piece inspite if it.. Kelly. The jets aren't super strong, but they are enough to help muscles relax. My teenagers love using this after sports, and my husband and I enjoy it after work. Each of my family has said they think this was a good purchase. Having the heater helps a lot. It doesn't make the water "hot" but it keeps it at the temperature that it was originally or slightly warmer. Have a professional install to make sure it is set up correctly helps!
