This is a fine product. The team that installed my doors put the entire unit in backward. After almost a year of it being improperly installed, the door started giving us problems. I had a my father, a skilled contractor, try to fix the problem. It wasn't until we spoke to the customer service team at Aston, that we realized what the error was. The trouble shooting team, Andre in particular, are to be commended for their impeccable customer service. Andre skillfully identified the exact issue and gave us detailed instructions on how to fix what was wrong. This was honestly THE BEST and most helpful customer service I have ever experienced. I am very happy with this product and even more satisfied by the level of customer service I received. It did take extra helping hands to hold the parts in place while assembling, but the instructions were easy to follow. The look is great and lets in window light making the guest bathroom seem larger. Keeping the glass clean is also very easy. The quality of the glass and hardware is strong and durable (I was afraid it would seem more fragile than it it) - but it seems to be very well-made. We have the privilege of having my brother to be able to tackle our remodeling projects even if it will take time due to him living 6 hours from us. We also have a room that's a clean slate and we can build our room around what we find. I was so excited seeing this shower door. I was surprised when I received a call to verify the measurements and that we'd be able to use it. It was also amazing to talk to someone else who is in Texas as that's where i grew up and my family including my brother lives. The freight company who delivered was amazing. We haven't installed this yet but we did inspect the boxes and everything looks wonderful!! The glass is super thick and has a beautiful frosted look.
