Not installed yet but everything looks great. Was delivered in a reasonable time frame and delivery people were excellent. My only gripe, and it's kind of a large one, is the dimension are incorrect. It is 75" long but it is NOT 35" wide. it is only 33 13/16ths wide. As such all our fixtures are off center and at this point cannot me moved. Lesson to buyer (Me and others) do not start construction until I have the item in possession so you can verify listed measurements. For this reason giving 2 stars. Update June 2018. Upon installation the door for some unknown reason shattered. I called wayfair as soon as my contractor told me about it. I spoke with 2 or 3 people as they passed me along to the correct person. I was astounded by the first response from each of them. The first thing each of them asked was, "is everyone OK?" WOW! If that wasn't good enough they asked no questions and placed a replacement order while I was on the phone with them. Not only did they send the door they sent and entire new shower. Aston Shower Enclosure - Great Product, Even Better Customer Service I recently contacted Aston customer service with some questions about their shower enclosures. Unfortunately, I called just after closing time, but to my surprise, I received a call back from Angel, a manager in Texas, within 10 minutes! Angel spent the next 30-40 minutes patiently explaining the different shower enclosure options based on my needs. The next day, my contractor said a premed enclosure wouldn't work and recommended custom-made glass. Over the next few days, I called back a couple of times, and Angel was fantastic in guiding me towards the right Aston product for my custom shower. What truly impressed me was her incredible sense of customer service. Just as I was ready to order, Angel advised me to wait until the shower base was complete. Apparently, shower bases can sometimes be built slightly off-size. She explained that Aston offers enclosures in incremental inch sizes, so a perfect fit was still possible! Following Angel's advice, I waited, and sure enough, the base ended up being an inch longer than planned. Thankfully, thanks to Angel's guidance, I was able to find the perfect size Aston enclosure (model SEN967EZ-SS-493536-10 Bromley 49" x 72") to match my base perfectly. The Aston shower enclosure is now installed, and I absolutely love it! A big thank you to Aston, their outstanding customer service, and especially Angel Chen.
