I waited two months to get the door because they lost the first order. Wayfair never kept me informed of the progress I had to sit on the phone for hours to get answers. They then discounted 20 which for all of the household and time wasted I do not feel that was a fair adjustment. We finally got the product and there were no instructions in the box. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service I realize everyone is working under special circumstances but that does not mean that customer service could not respond in a more positive way.
