Well, when installing the door, the instructions identified using the included hardware which included screws with plastic anchors. However, at the END of the instructions it advises you to drill into a 4x6 (I believe) board. This is a beautiful door, just the right size and we love the look and functionality. It was just installed this week and it's truly beautiful. It didn't come with the rubber sweep at the bottom and the two full length rubber seals that should go on each side. It was disappointing that they weren't in the box and when I contacted Wayfair they said I would have to go directly to the manufacturer and ask them for the missing pieces. First of all, the order was significantly delayed so it wasnt here in the delivery window so I had to have the contractor come back out the following week. Secondly, they said they delivered to a safe and dry location but they left it in the yard and it had a pool of water on it because it was raining. And the crate was slightly broken. That said, all the parts were there and the glass is nice! It has great seels on the outside and between he stationary glass and the door. I cant guarantee how it will hold up but it heavy and pretty and tall. So far, Im in love. Delivery and shipment were not the greatest though but so glad it stayed in one piece inspite if it.. Kelly.
