We have the privilege of having my brother to be able to tackle our remodeling projects even if it will take time due to him living 6 hours from us. I was surprised when I received a call to verify the measurements and that we'd be able to use it. It was also amazing to talk to someone else who is in Texas as that's where i grew up and my family including my brother lives. The freight company who delivered was amazing. We haven't installed this yet but we did inspect the boxes and everything looks wonderful!! The glass is super thick and has a beautiful frosted look. Great Door, rare 80 H. The door is very well made. Beware though, their measurement for size is off. I had an exactly 36 opening, and the door was a half inch too big because they did not include the dimension of the hinges. Have to retile the doorframe, to remount. This is a beautiful door, just the right size and we love the look and functionality. It was just installed this week and it's truly beautiful. It didn't come with the rubber sweep at the bottom and the two full length rubber seals that should go on each side. It was disappointing that they weren't in the box and when I contacted Wayfair they said I would have to go directly to the manufacturer and ask them for the missing pieces. First of all, the order was significantly delayed so it wasnt here in the delivery window so I had to have the contractor come back out the following week. Secondly, they said they delivered to a safe and dry location but they left it in the yard and it had a pool of water on it because it was raining. And the crate was slightly broken. That said, all the parts were there and the glass is nice! It has great seels on the outside and between he stationary glass and the door. I cant guarantee how it will hold up but it heavy and pretty and tall. So far, Im in love. Delivery and shipment were not the greatest though but so glad it stayed in one piece inspite if it.. Kelly.
