Ordered the 10 x 10. The top is actually 10 x 10, but the inside is less so please read measurements. Took my husband & a friend pretty much all day to put together. A lot of pieces didn't actually line up with the holes for the screws. It looks good. We will have to see how it holds up in the weather. I love this gazebo! Unfortunately my previous Wayfair gazebo collapsed due to the tremendous amount of snow and ice we received early in January. I should have removed the canopy, but have not been removing it in past years. Id simply go out with a long push broom and gently lift up each section to allow the snow to fall off. This storm was different. Lesson learned. Unfortunately, its tough to buy a canopy that includes the ribbing that holds it together and atop the frame. Wayfairs customer service department used the replacement canopy I had purchased then returned and applied it as a credit to my account. I then quickly found an open box gazebo, that in my opinion is of better quality. I was eager to get it up, despite the windy weather here in Quakertown PA, but its up and anchored to my concrete patio acquiring plants, comfy chairs and tables, garden decor, etc. (mostly everything purchased at Wayfair, of course)!. What an amazing purchase! The price was too good to pass up, and the quality exceeded my expectations. It has completely transformed our outdoor space, and we couldn’t be happier with it. Assembly took four people about 6–8 hours to complete, so plan accordingly. One helpful tip: each roof panel has a thin protective plastic film that needs to be removed before installation. I believe it’s there to prevent scratches during shipping. We found that letting the panels sit in the sun for a bit made the film much easier to peel off. Overall, this gazebo is sturdy, attractive, and an excellent value for the money. I would absolutely buy it again and highly recommend it to anyone considering it. We finally got this gazebo up. Love the final look but it was a process to get here. It took 3 people roughly 10-12 hours to complete this. The instructions are fine but I think order of them could make more sense for the roof attachment. The instructions also never tell you what tools to use if each step which would have been nice. There’s so many parts that we needed a little more guidance with that part. We also had all 4 of the posts scratched upon arrival. They scratch easy but thankfully it comes with touch up stain. We used different anchor bolts to attach the base to our concrete because it didn’t seem to work with the 38” hole that they recommend. Gazebo is a lot to assemble, plan on the larger part of a day to complete with two people, a bit tricky to assemble as the instructions are not as clear as they could be but we got it done, extremely sturdy when complete plenty of room inside and looks great on our deck, i used lag screws to attack it to my deck and will only bring in the screen and cloth for winter, the roof is easily strong enough for a "light" snow load. i will clear the snow if it is more than a foot, but it is strong once assembled, very happy with the purchase.. I just used this tent for my first outdoor art market. It was a sunny, calm day and I didn't use 2 of the sidewalls -- and the tent performed very well. I can't comment on how it would be in windy and rainy weather. One word of caution: the tent is quite heavy and definitely takes 2 people to set up. So if you're a vendor who will be setting up and selling solo, you'll definitely have to ask for help! One recommendation: try setting the tent up once before you take it to a market. It is a bit confusing at first and a run-through will save a lot of time. I’m giving this gazebo 4 stars overall. My husband assembled it by himself, and the process took about 4 hours. The most frustrating part was the corner pieces that fit into the frame—the alignment seemed slightly off, making them extremely difficult to get into place correctly. That said, once assembled, I absolutely love the look of it. It feels very sturdy and has been a beautiful addition to our backyard. My biggest complaint is the mosquito netting. The mesh does not fully reach the top of the frame, leaving about a one-inch gap between the curtain and the gazebo where bugs can easily get inside. I’ve been able to reduce the gap somewhat by double-looping the attachment points onto the clips, but that’s not something customers should have to do. I was also missing seven hooks when the gazebo arrived. On a positive note, customer service was excellent. After I contacted them about the issues, they offered to send a replacement frame, canopy, netting, and hooks at no cost. I really appreciated their willingness to make things right and felt that was very generous. At this point, we’re not eager to take the entire gazebo apart since it’s already assembled, but I’ll update my review if we decide to install the replacement parts. Overall, I would recommend this gazebo. It looks great, feels sturdy, and the company stands behind its product. Just don’t expect perfection, and be prepared for a few assembly and fitment issues.. The roof effectively blocks UV rays, and the 3 protective layers of insulation block sunlight and reduce heat while allowing for all-weather use.

Takes two to build the initial frame but the rest can be finished by one. Took me 10 hours by myself. Roof panels are tricky but you can bend the slots they go into open a bit more to assist. Lastly, the anchor bolts supplied are insufficient. I upgraded to a 38 inch cement anchor for my unit. Too soon to comment on the durability during wind. I’m hopeful.
