One con was that I purchased this as an open-box item that was supposed to be in excellent condition - i.e. no damage or missing parts. The box was in TERRIBLE shape when it arrived and there were multiple damaged parts. Thankfully, most of the damage was in non-essential areas and in places that can't be seen. I also appreciated that all the pre drilled holes were fine and did not need cleaning out or drilling, all the required hardware fit perfectly. Our toilet tank is flush with the wall so we left the bottom support crosspiece off until we fitted the bottom portion over the toilet, we then added the crosspiece in place, then the top unit. There are parts of the white cabinet that also have the faux grain. Again, i like the appearance. Unfortunately, the upper cabinet is smooth.
