We got the distressed wood one, which at the time was more expensive, but the look was what I was going for. The piece looks beautiful, and I love the options of just lights, lights and heat, and already used the timer feature. Only downside we did not see the large dent (must have happened in transit) in the top edge until it was all glued and assembled!!! I really like this TV stand. It looks great in my living room and the fireplace gives off a really cozy feel. Assembly was pretty straightforward and it feels sturdy. I do have an 85” TV, which is bigger than the recommended size, so I added a wood top for extra support and to extend the surface. It worked perfectly and actually made it look even better. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This beautiful electric fireplace will be the main focal point in any room! Everything came in 3 big boxes. The stone parts came in one box, the mantle piece in another, and the heating element/fireplace in the third. It was so easy to setup! The entire unboxing, putting it together and cleanup took just about 1 hour. I do recommend a second person to help with setup because it is a big fireplace over 5 feet wide and 4 feet tall. The fireplace comes with a remote control and you can change the color of the fire, the intensity of the heat, the brightness of the flame and it turns on and off with the push of a button. You can also use the fireplace without the heater turned on if you just want to enjoy the ambience of the fireplace. IIt is recommended for use in 120 volt 3-prong outlets.
