It came on time and I really love the design. My only problem is the thickness. I would have liked for it to be a bit more plush but the design really makes up for it. This rug is beautiful. It's a proper, good quality rug. It's soft and kind of velvety. Just like velvet, when you rub it in a certain direction, it can have the appearance of dark streaks. FYI the vertical lines in the pic are from being rolled up. I thought it was going to be more of a light gray, which it is in a shaded area.
