Sometimes it gives measurements in cups, sometimes, in grams, and sometimes in mL. It also sometimes explains how to make components, like simple syrup, but sometimes doesn’t, like water sugar. Overall the product seems good, but the instruction booklet left much to be desired. We made the mango sherbet but with strawberries instead of mang, and it was delicious but hard to scrape out of the container because the edges froze more than the middle. Great Product! Highly Recommend! Price fluctuates on this, but I got it on sale for around $48. I wanted to get the 8 spray model S-2251, but it costs over $100 for 2 more spray heads. So I got this and took off the restrictor (search you tube) and I have the lever set in the middle where it sprays nice thick hot water and gives me a good massage. I think I spend less time in the shower because there's more water to clean all the soap off. Try it with the restrictor and with the black rubber off, and without the whole restrictor.
