Packaging needs improvement. There’s scratches on some of the fan blades and the glass has scratches on it. The remote is zip tied to the fan, but the installation screws that are also packed side are free to be tossed around in the box. I really do like the overall look of the fan. Feels sturdy, but light enough to make installation easier. I mainly liked this product because of the APP to be able to use the fan. So you don’t necessarily need the remote. I had a fan previously that had a remote and I accidentally washed the remote because it was lost in the sheets when they went into the wash. lol. It still has that creepy cold LED glow that reminds me of the movie The Shining. I also didn’t like that. There is no pattern on the ceiling from the Crystal looking lampshade. Bought3 fans from this company. The work fine and are quiet. My two problems are 1. I choose the recommended size braised on the manufacturer. I would go larger to increase the air flow. Secondly, is the little tiny control that does not respond immediately. We have the fan on full speed at night but it is a chore to turn light on. The black remote is for the fan of the photo I sent.
