On your website it shows red cushion covers as RED. When they arrived they were an orange/red which I hated. Had to make at least 10 calls to you guys to get it corrected. Every time I called there was a different story. One person even told me I would have to send the whole patio set back for a refund and repurchase it. There was absolutely no common sense. It came to the point when I asked if this was A1, as I could not believe the service. VERY frustrating. Finally a lovely person called and took care of everything.
