The Artist, D’Alessandro Leon, was the youngest of three brothers. When art competitions were a form of play for the brothers, it later grew to his obsession. At the recommendation of Design Services, we ordered the 'glass coat' to create a more 'high end' look. Unfortunately, we get a lot of natural light in this area which creates a glare. Beautiful artwork! I am pleased with the art itself however, I am disappointed that one of the frames has a small dent in it. It’s too much trouble to box it up and return it. I was able to use a gold paint pen to disguise it and hopefully no one else will notice. It is disappointing to spend so much money on something for it not to be perfect on delivery. I love the print! It was the colors that I needed and loved. It was a little pricey for the Quality or texture of it. It seems a little flat in texture but not bad. Artist Jacob Lincoln was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. Los Angeles is a place where all cultures and backgrounds are found. Jacob studied painting in different acrylic and oil workshops. The Art Institute is where he went to school to pursue his career in art. He enhanced his skills painterly and digitally by learning the history of all art movements. He works in all mediums including oil, acrylic, watercolor, and also likes to experiment with ink and charcoal. With his art, he likes to explore diverse cultural perspectives on shared human experiences by connecting works of art created around the world from different eras.
