Well the shed is great but the team sent out to install it were not even familiar with how to put together a shed. They said that they don't even get told what they're going to build just to bring tools and show up somewhere. I was very disappointed. They didn't even get to finish that day but I didn't want them to come back because they wouldn't be paid to come back an extra day. I received 4 boxes, wow! Very heavy so be prepared to help your mail man get them off the truck. Delivery was super fast btw, thumbs up for Wayfair, as always they kept me in the loop, with email, texts! I did the inventory to assure all pieces are delivered. Each box has all the pieces that are needed to be in them and each pieces is meticulously labeled, thumbs up to this Company ! However it could be very intimidating, it's literally hundreds of pieces...I was able to follow along a manual to ensure all pieces are in each of the 4 boxes.. it was a daunting task but with patient and good organization it is do-able within 1 h. I found a pair of gloves in box 1 , which are so USEFUL! , since the raw corners and edges can really be painful on repeat handling without any hand protection. The "Resin" is a hollow tubed plastic board about 1/2 inch thick. Very impressed with the quality i must say. The color seems darker grey than on the photo in the sale post. I will need about a week Wayfair to start the built and i will come back and add to the review. But i must say so fare I am very impressed and give it 5 Stars. Also we are not afraid to built in the cold! So stay tuned for the finished shed! Update 12/7 we stated to built it and it's good so fare, but be aware HERE ARE NO PREDRILLED OR PRE MARKED HOLES! YOU HAVE TO MEASURE WHERE TO PUT THE SCREWS ETC. I received the shed and once I finish putting it completely together realize that the floor frame that was supposed to come with the shed I did not receive. One of the deciding factors of why I ordered this particular shed was because it stated that it came with a floor frame and I did not receive it. Now that I have physically put it all together and do not want to waste my time taking it completely apart I now have to figure out a way to have a frame for the floor. I feel as though if you're going to list a product and in the actual description it states with floor frame it should actually have a floor frame. I need to complain first. The shed was supposed to be here april 12-15th instead it was on its way in February....that didn't work out so they postponed it until March 12th. Then there was a delivery issue, were they wanted me to pick it up (with a flat bed in ohio) OR rent a high-low to get it off there truck...!? Wait that's not what the add said!! Finally it came and got off the truck. The shed itself is easy to put together the trusses were a bit daunting and I would have to say the hardest part was figuring out the roof sheeting sizes. After that it was a snap, I even put in electrical and outside lighting in the soffit. I also used the box it came in to make a (FREE WORK BENCH) as well as rafters for extra storage...I used every bit of what they sent me and this is what I ended up with. All in all I would recommend this shed but be ready for the b.s. of delivery!!. Annette. MI. Wed Mar 02 2022

We use this as a check in desk for our little MCM neighborhood pool. It has been great for us and our members have really loved it.
