I have had good luck since 2018 with Wayfair- however, while this floor is a high quality floor, it was not packaged or delivered with care. Every box received had broken pieces- we were unable to complete the floor - we are a few pieces short- we have had two different replacement boxes both came with every piece broken and unusable. This is an interlocking floor- it must not have broken edges. Customer service has been professional however the floor was ordered Nov 21st and as of today Dec 28 I still do not have what we need to complete the floor- this is a bathroom and the inability to use it is exasperating.. This flooring is perfect for the entry area of our house. Initially I was skeptical about ordering 'vinyl' type flooring - we had just put in new hardwood floors (acacia) which is pretty 'stout' and I didn't want something flimsy tying into it especially in a high traffic area. This Engineered Tile is definitely not flimsy, more like slate. I use a wood stove as my primary heat, so this entry sees a lot of heavy traffic and this tile handles it. I would buy it again.. I've had this flooring in my home for a few years now. Decided to finish out one last room and realized we short. Ordered two more boxes from Wayfair. They came fast and worked great. This floor is forgiving for most things. It can scratch if you move furniture around carelessly but I haven't had too many issues other than dropping something sharp (a vent cover) on it.
