The Prehung doors took quite a bit to get them up and fitted and screwed in. But they're in and they look good. The prehung part is not a solid frame, but pieces that have to be assembled, screwed together and mounted. We got it done and did 3 doors. It's nice having doors when company comes. Doors are SOLID and heavy. Very happy with quality for the price. A couple of corners were damaged during shipping. Mostly a cosmetic issue. But both Wayfair and the manufacture worked with us to find a solution. Overall very pleased. We specifically liked that these are already painted, so it was one less thing we needed to worry about right now. We didn’t do “slow close” doors, and I think that the weight of the doors will prevent us from ever needing that. We still need to have them framed out, and hardware installed.. Danielle. Denver, CO. Love love love these doors. Used them between the master bedroom and master bath. They look great and the frosted glass lets in some light while providing privacy. It was a bit of work for our contractor to set the hardware as the doors are are not prepped for that but we knew that from previous reviews Even with that our local building supply store wanted 3000 for a “custom” door of this design. I absolutely love the looks of this door! Sleek and modern and a really great price through Wayfair. The frame which I ordered separately is white which at first I thought… hmm.. with a black door But… we have painted the house white and the frame really compliments the door and house as you can see in the pictures. Only drawback is that it is VERY fragile, the finish as it chips super easily. My husband dropped one of the hinges and it bounced and hit the door and left a big chip in the black finish. I haven't been able to unbox this yet, but this door is heavy! This will definitely be a 2 man job to install. I knew I was ordering a solid core door, but I didn't expect it to be this heavy.
