The specs are not accurate, they shipped supply lines that are non standard and are not 3/8 compression as listed. But you can't just get other supply lines because the faucet connection is proprietary. So I ended up with Frankenstein's Adapted Hose Baby living in my cabinet to get water flowing from my very standard 3/8" compression valves.
Of the dozens of faucets I've installed, this was by far the worst. No instructions provided...ok fine. But the access to install the supply lines requires removing some screws on the base plate. Then, because they included monster 5/8" supply lines, you can't fit them both through the neck of the tightening mechanism. So undo all the connections you've already made up and slide the lines through. The under-counter tightening nut doesn't have enough reach on the threaded portion, so the compatible countertop thickness is actually quite limited. I had a 3/4" cabinet stretcher that I had to cut into with minor surgery to reduce the thickness and make the faucet stem nut reach the threaded rod.
If I hadn't sunk so much time, energy, and additional parts into making this work, I would have just returned it and bought a decent faucet. I took a risk and it didn't pay off.
Now I'll live with the daily paranoia about leaks from this cheapo faucet. They couldn't have been bothered to provide accurate specs, and install sheet, or well considered hardware. That should have been all the warning I needed from the get-go.. Jcp. Denver. Tue Dec 09 2025
