These multi-packs of my copper plant markers will be a great addition to your indoor or outdoor plants and gardens. These can also be used as table markers for weddings, meetings, or other events. An oil-based paint marker is now included with every order! The product measures 10" tall and 2.5" wide. The actual copper part is 1” tall and 2.5” wide. The legs measure 9” tall and are made of galvanized steel. Simply write on the tag with the included oil-based paint marker or use your waterproof printable labels. We’ve had the best results using the included marker that is specifically designed for writing on metal and holds up extremely well outdoors. Please let the marker dry for 10 minutes before exposing it to the elements. If you want to change the writing, the marker will come off with rubbing alcohol or fingernail polish remover. I've seen tags with the plant name on the front and the date they planted or received on the back. What a cool idea! Markers come blank with no words or letters on them. These are really pretty and whimsical at nighttime. They should definitely be put in an area that gets plenty of sun to work optimally. The packaging is terrible, however. Both times I ordered them, there wasn’t any outer packaging, just the manufacturer’s box, which wasn’t even taped shut on the ends. The second set I received was missing parts, which had clearly fallen out of the package during shipping. I’ll be honest I was a little worried only because customers have rated the seller low but boy am I glad I stuck it out. There was a snag because FedEx somehow misplaced my order but they shipped out a replacement and i got it today. I couldn’t be more happier. They really are beautiful lights and they look especially amazing against rocks. I would definitely recommend them. The tops where the solar panel is screw off and that is where your on and off switch is located. Came upon this when looking for DIY pole holders. Purchased the larger size and am very happy. Product came with clear instructions and was easy to put together. The pole insert seems sturdy as well, but I am thinking I will drill a hole on bottom so no water accumulates at bottom.. The piece looks nice and seems sturdy.
