My old folding 13 yr old untreated teak table reached its end, so I was only too happy to find this one to finally replace it. Good delivery and packing, one big flat square box, no damage. I was in love with the wood right out of the box, did not want to mess with it. It’s smooth, even all over, and solid. All we had to do was attach the legs. However, following other reviews and since it would be exposed all summer and possibly a rainy fall before I store it for winter, I treated it with a couple layers of teak oil. It still looks gorgeous after 3 weeks and I’m very happy with my purchase. I was eyeing some 1500-range teak tables on Wayfair that looked better in pictures, but decided on this one when I found it. Looks very nice although, I did have a cracked seam where two wood pieces attach. I have purchased some wood filler to fill in crack, but haven't used yet because I'm a little nervous it won't look good, but the crack doesn't look great either. Picture was taken through the glass top. Also, there is nothing holding the glass top to the wood base, so if you lean on glass and no else across is leaning on it, the glass tilts up off the base. All around nice quality set and easy to assemble. The chairs are generous in size and plenty long in the leg making them very comfortable. The cushions are nice and firm so I feel they will last a very long time and not get squishy get out of shape. The color of the cushions however are more yellowish vanilla rather than cream colored. We bought this set for a smaller area then recommended and the chairs do not push under the table because of the shape of the leg design so be sure to consider the recommended space for this set..
