We replaced the original cover because it had grown algae in the seams despite our best efforts to keep them clean. At first, we weren’t sure because it is SO much lighter than the original cover that we doubted it would hold up to severe winds, let alone milder weather, keep its temp but it absolutely does! Hot Tub is great. Delivery not so much. I selected inside delivery and that didnt happen. Contracted delivery service send 1 man and his teenage son to deliver 2 hot tubs inside my house. These tubs weigh about 500 lbs each. Needless to say, it didnt happen. It wasnt for lack of effort on their part. It just wasnt realistic to think 2 guys were going to accomplish the job.
