High quality item with no damage. Boxes arrived over 4 days, which was fine. Cushions surprisingly thick. You'll want to use a drill or power screwdriver to put this together, which takes several hours. I wish there was no polystyrene in the boxes. We waited a long time for these to arrive and continually had updates on the arrival date changes. I understood, as I know that there are shipping delays, but if I had needed these on time I would have been very disappointed with how long they took. Almost 4 months late. They were missing the hardware to fasten them together. When I called to request the fasteners they gave me a credit which I appreciated and I would say was excellent service. Overall I love the couches (ordered two of them at same time) and searched for over a year for the exact style and type that I was looking for. The sunbrella fabric is great and you just wash them off with the hose and everything comes right off. We had some rain unexpectedly and didn’t have them covered, and all was good. They dried fast and we were able to sit on them the next day. They are heavy and well made and the teak is nice.
