I’m 75 so this thing is a bit hard for me. I didn’t realize the compartment for clean water and used water were in the back. It’s heavy to turn around for me and lifting the water is difficult. You must wash the whole thing every week. My sink is high, newer apt, I’m 4 11” and that’s lifting at chest level. I think for younger folks it’d be great but when it’s done cleaning the water there is about a days worth for me. Otherwise for what it is it’s great! It does take up one counter at my apt. I called Wayfair about this product description but was told she thought it was accurate. I questioned why- what looks obviously like a counter top unit- is being described as under counter. The replacement item was damaged and I declined the delivery when FedEx attempted to delivered the item. The next day On July 27th, 2025 I found the same item was delivered in front of my doorstep. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement.
