The light is so pretty and the perfect touch of color that I needed over my kitchen sink. It came with plenty of cable to make it as long as you might need. The glass shade is not too big or too small. It was a fairly easy installation, but there was one problem. The base of the light that covers the plate where it hangs is not big enough. I found the same item on another (much more expensive) website before I found the exact same thing here at a substantially better price (kicking myself over that one). This lantern is just beautiful in both day and night environments, but especially at night, when the colors reflect on the surface the lantern is sitting on.
