Sit ups, pull ups, bench press, rowing, band workouts, squat rack… and more I probably haven’t even figured out yet. It is extremely sturdy and can easily hold my entire weight without wobbling at all. The best part is that it doesn’t even take up that much space… could easily fit in a small workout room or garage gym. Super impressed with the quality.
