These are gorgeous, and I absolutely love them! They kind of took forever to arrive, but they all came together and all in one piece. There were no broken tiles, not even any cracks, chips, or scratches. I’m very pleased and quite impressed considering they came in packing peanuts (I hate packing peanuts, but they worked). The shade ranges and colors are beautiful. I love the white base that incorporates several shades of grey. The photos are one of each color and from the same box. I hope it shows the various colors and shades of each. They are simply stunning and elegant and I love the matte finish. I was afraid I wouldn’t like that, but I do! Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. We liked the first one of these so much we bought this second one. Unfortunately the installation was much harder as the thread hole for one of the 4 set screws wouldn't accept the screw. We had to run a tool in it to clear out the threads. So I knocked off one star. We've had our first one for over a year and it keeps our damp towels from souring. (We are on well water).
