We are using our system much more because it is easy to hear and talk while using. When in use, the Bosch is taller and seems to catch more of the smoke and odors. Very pleased with our upgrade.. Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it.
