I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. People are coo-coo.  This is a BEST of filter.  It is so accurate if smells enter room, smoke or cooking.  It auto ups the fan and even goes into a night mode one it senses lower lighting and no movement so that you can sleep without turning off the light as it is cool that when blue all good, yellow higher sensitivity and red it is kicking into high gear.  I love this machine!  I’ve bought 4 of them.. Put an end to drippy walls, swollen door jambs, and fogged mirrors! The integrated humidity sensor allows you to preset the relative humidity level (RH) in the bathroom. When the sensor detects an increase in moisture and condensation, it automatically switches the fan on to help remove unwanted moisture. The motion sensor/timer automatically activates the fan when it senses someone enters the bathroom. Aero Pure recommends that you set the timer for a minimum of 20 minutes. The fan will continue to operate if the humidity is greater than the preset RH setting. This fan is ETL/cETL listed for use in tub/shower enclosure to remove moisture right at the source before it becomes a problem in your bathroom when used with GFCI branch circuit wiring.
