This table is cute. However, when I unboxed it, it already had a scratch across the top. The other issue was even though its all screwed in all the way the hydraulics seem to have issues. When opening you have to pull relatively hard as well as be careful when you close it because it drops hard. The hydraulic is also very wobbly and i cant figure out why. Got this to use the space for board games and works well. The top moves up and down with no resistance so it slams and opens unevenly so you have to be careful when opening and closing. If you run into the same issue, align the outer holes first, then pre-drill the center hole to avoid splitting the veneer underneath the tabletop.
