We had one of these since 2016 (8 years) and just recently the hose sprung a leak. It was easier to just re-buy the same exact one. We're creatures of habit; don't like change... This isn't the most expensive faucet there is, but the quality is great and it looks much more expensive than it was. It gets a lot of compliments from friends too. Everything is solid metal, save for the nozzle and handle. Our handle did have the chrome coating flake off, likely due to oily hands, but honestly the metal underneath was the same color. One thing to keep in mind is to clean the inside filters near where the handle is, as you'll otherwise end up with a drop in pressure after a few years. I bought a house with a tiled shower but no door. The entry was exactly 24". This shower door fit perfectly and came with all the hardware you need except I did buy 2" stainless screws instead of using the include 1 1/4" allen keyed screws. The whole thing was $350 including FREE ONE DAY SHIPPING. The shipping alone made this worth it. Well packaged too! The sink is very thick swirled gray/black streaks. You can see through most sections and the swirls are deep in the thick glass not at the surface. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice little gadget. It has so many helpful attachments. I started by shredding zucchini for a pie. It took a few minutes to figure out that you should press two buttons (for safety) to get it to turn on. It was a breeze after that. I am particularly anxious to try the beater for mashed potatoes. We also make a lot of smoothies so this will be helpful with all the other attachments. The only negative thing I can think of is the instructions had too many illustrations and were hard to follow.
