I bought a house with a tiled shower but no door. The entry was exactly 24". This shower door fit perfectly and came with all the hardware you need except I did buy 2" stainless screws instead of using the include 1 1/4" allen keyed screws. The whole thing was $350 including FREE ONE DAY SHIPPING. The shipping alone made this worth it. Well packaged too! The shower looks nice, it arrived faster than expected, but must be since it came from Miami and I live 2.5 hours away. The instructions need improvements, they are not very clear as to what to use to put it together and drill on the tile. The shower handle feels very cheap, they could have use better plastic. Enclosed is a cap that I did not know what to do with it and the tech support had to think about it too. Then they told me that they enclose it in all of the retrofit showers whether it is used or not. The shelve is attached with bolt that require a hex wrench, however it was not included, I have set of the wrench’s and I could not find that fit it after hustling I was finally able to tied it. Also the company should include better anchors and enclose at least one or two. I had to use stronger ones that I bought at HD. It is not hard to put it together once you find a way to do it. I have always liked having the glass doors on my bathtubs, so when I saw this one for my 2nd bathroom, I decided to buy it. The instructions were easy to follow, but you need to read it well to make sure you have all the hardware separated. Installation took about 90 minutes. Without the silicone sealant it was a bit wobbly in the lateral direction but after the sealant dried, it stayed in place. It really gave a good clean look to the bathroom.. Andy. TX. Pretty great especially for the price. Heats up fast. Especially with boost mode on the burners. The knobs are nice and easy to use, yet have locking things that make them hard to accidentally turn on; good combination and harder to design well than it looks. Range included a huge really nice air frying tray that I love use. Smart Functions are optional which is good because I will never connect this or any appliance to my wifi. Cook top has proven durable and easy to clean so far. The interface for the oven and other functions is pretty good. Lots of little things that could be improved: * The largest burner is 11". Weird size. Please try to just make it 12" since that is a common skillet size. * Easy clean seems fairly ineffective. * Air fry mode is ok, but convection bake seemed to get better results for air frying. * The touch interface goes to sleep and needs an extra tap at first which is slightly annoying. The app was easy to configure. The induction cooktop heats up the food quickly as advertised. We had to buy some new cooking pans but it is worth it. This oven looks really nice & cooks extremely well! I use Convection Mode mostly & it automatically reduces temperature which is nice. Bake Mode is what I use for desserts, breads & so far I’m happy with that. I have used the air fryer & comes with a basket. Improvements: menu panel is VERY hard to see in the evening- the print is too light. This really needs to be backlit, imo. (The LCD display that shows temp, etc is very bright so I’m not sure why the menu display is so dull) Also it’s missing add a minute button, when you want to add more time to cooking. The oven light goes off after 1 minute, which makes no sense if you want to check on your food while cooking. Overall, I do feel like it’s a solid, high end appliance worth buying & I just hope LG can make some future thoughtful improvements.. Jules1168. Illinois. Thu Mar 12 2026
