This tub arrived quickly and without a scratch. It is well-made with quality materials and finish. I can sit comfortably and stretch out my legs. I’m 5’9”. Note that it requires 3 separate gfi plugs. Optimally this would be on a platform with plugs underneath. There is no access panel or spot to run cords thru. Mine was dropped into the basement. Because it has a faucet and not a tub filler, it takes quite some time to fill.Before you turn on the pumps, make sure they are at their lowest setting. If not, they will throw water EVERYWHERE! And if the tub is too full - even with settings as low as possible - the water bubbles over the sides. The jets are so strong that it’s difficult to relax with them on. It doesn’t help that the light flashes thru its colors quickly and there’s no way to turn it down or off. Hope I grow to tolerate it better.. Anonymous. Sat Feb 14 2026

Update Wayfair owed upto the delay and refunded us partially for the extra money we had to pay to the installers due to last minute cancellation. Additionally, we heard back from Strong Spas senior management and they are sending a technician to evaluate the spa and fix anything that needs to be done. We were initially worried about whether manufacturer is reliable but so far, they have been communicating with us promptly. Increasing rating to 4 stars and will further update once it’s up and running and we can use it. Initial Review The bottom of the spa has punctured holes which have been created somewhere in the shipping process. Wayfair was kind to connect with the manufacturer but now waiting for a fix. Prior to this, delivery was delayed because the item was too heavy. Item was finally delivered but with a Punctured base that would cause a rodent or insect issue later. We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, Im mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, theres a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25 spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update Its been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only 15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. Im on my 4th refill now. Hopefully its done with the leaching. 6 Month Update All pretty much the same as the 3 month update, but I will add that the fact that one of the drink holders is at such an angle that no drink could ever actually sit there is a bit frustrating.. My wife and I did a ton of research before purchasing a new hot tub. As a business owner of our own Pool and Spa store, we have access to purchase through distribution. We choose this one off Wayfair for its size, equipment options, and features. The hot tub is very well built with an abs pan encasing the bottom.
