I love this hood. I couldn't find a black one in local stores, so I was happy to find this one. When it first arrived it was dented, but the manufacturer replaced it. Our contractor vented it outside the house. He had to put some trim at the top to cover the holes, but it looks great! Once I had it installed I turned it on and the fan was not working. After moving it around and slightly pushing it in it worked just fine. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first induction cooktop, but not our first Frigidaire Gallery cooktop. The first lasted 19+ years and still worked great; we just wanted to switch to induction. The cooktop is really easy to use, the learning curve is fast, because the cooktop is so easy to use.
