Once I had it installed I turned it on and the fan was not working. After moving it around and slightly pushing it in it worked just fine. The unit itself is nice. A couple of issues is that the description is incorrect. The company confirmed that this unit is NOT 700 CFM but 400. After multiple attempts and communications between Wayfair and the company we decided to keep the unit. So far is working great. Keep in mind that this is not a fingerprint free stainless steel so during the installation it might be a good idea to wear gloves. Had the exact same one in white and never had an issue with it ever. Updated to the stainless due to all stainless appliances.
