This was a great upgrade from my old extremely outdated vented range. It was on back order so I had to wait 3 weeks before it arrived. Once I had it installed I turned it on and the fan was not working. After moving it around and slightly pushing it in it worked just fine. Had the exact same one in white and never had an issue with it ever. Updated to the stainless due to all stainless appliances.
