It was considered an appliance and had to be signed for. The motor is permanently lubricated and designed for years of trouble free service. Separate rocker switches control the light and 2-speed fan.

This was a great upgrade from my old extremely outdated vented range. It was on back order so I had to wait 3 weeks before it arrived. Once I had it installed I turned it on and the fan was not working. After moving it around and slightly pushing it in it worked just fine.
