I gave this four stars because it arrived in a smashed box and the mount and arm were not attached. It took a while to put them together. This chair fits the bill. It was easy to snap together to assemble. Small enough to easily drive through the halls of my senior living complex. My reason for the 4 versus 5 rating is that there is no easy way to find out where or who handles repairs and how I would get the chair to them. After assembly it will not fit back in the box. Also it is a folding chair but much effort must be made to fold it. In addition a warning to those who have never used a joy stick for games. There is a learning curve.. P. Springfield, PA.
