I’ve only had this product for, like, half an hour, but I really like it. Seems to be good quality and sturdy. I have it on what I’d call medium pile carpet and my chair rolls fine, actually smoother than the cheap plastic thing with teeth I had before. I wish this wasn’t so pricey but I’m happy with what I got, so I can’t complain. This is a really thick chair mat! Heavy duty rubber backing and is definitely skid proof! I love the color and the size. My only thing is that if you have pets this mat is like velcro for dog hair. I ordered these chair mats recently and was a little surprised that they felt pretty cold when they arrived. If you’re ordering during the winter, I’d recommend letting them sit at room temperature for a while before unrolling them. Once they warmed up and I followed the instructions, they flattened out without any issues. So far they’ve been working really well. My chair glides smoothly on the carpet now, which is a big improvement from before. They also look nice and are easy to wipe clean, so maintenance has been simple. I am using this on an LVP floor. The problem has always been that mats don't stick to this flooring. This mat moves a little, but is much better than anything else I have tried.
