I’ve only had this product for, like, half an hour, but I really like it. Seems to be good quality and sturdy. I have it on what I’d call medium pile carpet and my chair rolls fine, actually smoother than the cheap plastic thing with teeth I had before. I wish this wasn’t so pricey but I’m happy with what I got, so I can’t complain. This is a really thick chair mat! Heavy duty rubber backing and is definitely skid proof! I love the color and the size. My only thing is that if you have pets this mat is like velcro for dog hair. This is a very nice office chair mat to protect my hardwood floor. I used to buy the see-through plastic mats for the chair to roll around on, but decided to try Wayfair's suggestion in regards to this type of mat. I'm glad I did. It came in square packaging, and unfolded easily. Any creases came out almost immediately and it lays flat all over, corners too! No need to weigh it down with anything and wait for the usual curled up ends to lay flat. Thanks Wayfair for a great experience all around.
