I would give this a 4 or even a 5-star review, but in less than 2-years with light use, the heating element for the oven burned out. It is very apparent that the element was poorly made with very rough finishing along one whole side of it, but that's not the worst part. I cannot find a readily available replacement for this unit. I finally found the phone number and spent over 25 minutes on the line with the Premier Levella customer support. They could only give me the part number and send a request for a quote for the part.
