Did a lot of research before purchasing a bidet toilet seat, and this one was the luxury pick by Wirecutter in the New York Times. So thankful I found it for a great price at Wayfair, and it's even better than I imagined it would be. It does require electricity so I had to have an electrician put in a new electrical outlet, but this brand also offers a non-electric one, which I may purchase for a different bathroom at some point. Giving this one star for very unethical and unsatisfactory customer service from the supplier ( not Wayfair). Tub was delivered with a damage area on the edge of one side. Wayfair was notified immediately by delivery team and said supplier was notified and I should be hearing from them shortly. It’s almost a month and the supplier have not call or contact me regarding this damage. However, Wayfair has follow up with excellent customer service and is working to resolve this issue with me.
