It took almost 2 days to inflate to full 6 inches due to corners being slanted. The mattress has been I guess compressed since manufacturing date in 2024, so about 1-2 years but it’s still puffing up nicely. I didn’t notice any odor at all. Sleeps like a baby literally. Before I got this baby mattress, I read so many reviews for many brands. So I finally decided to get this brand because I needed a breathable mattress. This mattress is incredibly comfortable. My son actually stays even when I sneak away. It's cozy, and I've laid next to him and fallen asleep. It's very breathable and safe as it's comfortable yet still firm. Great purchase. It has a two-stage design on the front and back, which is a good product for busy parents to save time. My baby sleeps so well on it. And this crib mattress comes rolled up in a compact package. So make sure you take it out and let it puff up and take its full shape at least a few days before using it. Heavy-duty steel side rails support their moisture-proof beds made of vinyl-coated open weave fabric. Easy wipe-clean surface. All bed seams are heat-sealed by radiofrequency welding to eliminate tears or loose threads. Rounded legs are designed to nest with most other cots. Pressure-sensitive name labels easily adhere to their rounded cot ends. 15 to 20 cots nest comfortable on their cot carriers.
