By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl. I love this thing! It vacuums so well, my carpets still are so clean even a week after vacuuming! The mop pads work great, I love that it can dock them at the station and vacuumbefore mopping! Works so well! All you do is hold on, and let the scrubber do the work! It's very self propelled, and it works in no time at all. Just fill it with water and watch it go! This thing cleaned things off my floor I didn't even think was POSSIBLE. it got old stains out of my wood floor and took no noxious chemicals, no elbow grease, and no headache from the smell of whatever is in the ridiculous floor cleaners now..
