This desk is countertop height. I did not read the measurements as I assumed it was a standard desk height. I took 5 inches off each leg with a saw and it looks great. A little more work than I wanted to do but this is a solid well constructed desk. The top is preassembled you just have to assemble the legs. Very easy. Overall, I really like the new hardware. Seems like a quality set and I had no trouble rekeying the lock. I wish the finish were more durable as I scratched it during installation. Also, the directions failed to mention which direction the washer went on (bottom of handle) and I spent far too long trying to figure out why the concealer cap wouldnt stay on.
